Job summary

The Beck Group, a leading integrated building firm, seeks a Project Executive to drive high-value projects and client relationships in Denver. You will oversee teams, manage budgets, and guide strategic pursuits for complex, multi-project programs.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in commercial construction, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and strong preconstruction leadership, with a track record in delivering $150M+ scope and above. Colorado-based office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses and client interviews.
• Experience in preconstruction: estimates, GMPs, general conditions, constructability, value control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project team and deliver projects with best practices for $200M+ revenue.
• Lead business development and maintain owner/subcontractor relationships.
• Develop and review project schedules, risk mitigation, and safety plans.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and quality across complex vertical projects.
