Job summary

Lighthouse Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead electrical and multi-trade construction projects from award through completion. You will manage budgets, change orders, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with planning, modeling, and fabrication teams, develop schedules, review status reports, and communicate with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience supervising/managing electrical and/or multi trade construction operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience in effectively managing a program with a contract value exceeding $50 Million.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements on electrical projects.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or five (5) years equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of projects and change orders.
• Oversee permits, inspections, submittals, RFIs, plans, and closeout with document control.
• Review project contracts and ensure alignment with scope and schedule.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials per project schedule.
• Develop and communicate progress schedules and periodic revisions.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
