Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical and multi-trade construction projects from award to closeout.

You will direct Project Managers, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate change orders, permits, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project success. The role requires 5–7 years of supervision/management on large projects (> $50M), a valid driver’s license, and strong teamwork, safety, and NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience supervising/managing electrical and/or multi trade construction operations.
• Proven experience managing programs with contract values exceeding $50 Million.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements on electrical projects.
• Knowledge of the NEC and Low Voltage Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of current projects from award through completion and oversight of Project Managers.
• Manage financials, change orders, permits, inspections, submittals, RFIs, plans, specs, and closeout with document control.
• Coordinate outputs with Planning, Modeling, and Fabrication teams.
• Develop and communicate progress schedules and revisions.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients; participate in job walks and progress meetings.
