Job summary

Lighthouse Electric in Beaver County, PA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee current projects from award to completion. You will manage project finances, submittals, permits, RFIs, and coordination with planning, modeling, and fabrication teams, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 5–7 years of electrical/multi-trade supervision, a bachelor’s degree, a US work authorization, and the ability to work under deadlines and drive successful handoffs from estimating

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience supervising/managing electrical and/or multi-trade construction operations.
• Bachelor's degree or five years field experience as alternative.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience managing projects with contract values exceeding $50 Million.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements on electrical projects.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of projects.
• Oversee Change Order (C/O) process following SOP and estimate change orders.
• Coordinate project permits, inspections, submittals, RFIs, plans, specs, and closeout with document control.
• Coordinate outputs with Planning, Modeling, and Fabrication teams.
• Participate in pre-construction handoffs from estimating to field.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of quoted materials within schedule.
• Provide scope reviews for required subcontractors.
• Develop and communicate progress schedules; revise as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
• Represent the company at job walks, post-bid conferences, and progress meetings.
• Set and communicate goals to Field Leadership and Project team.
• Assist in project closeout procedures and post-project reviews.
• Work with Safety department to ensure policy compliance.
