Job summary

Lighthouse Electric seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead executive oversight of large-scale electrical construction projects across multiple market sectors. You will guide cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while maintaining client relationships and compliance with NEC and regulations.

The role demands 10+ years of leadership in electrical construction, a relevant degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction, including project management and field operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or 10 years of related field experience.
Data Center, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Sports & Entertainment, and Light Industrial experience.
Experience managing projects / portfolios in excess of $100 million.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of construction operations on multiple large-scale electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, typically exceeding $50 million annually, across various market sectors.
Serve as contract administrator, ensuring alignment with terms and mitigating risk.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and coordination with operations, planning, procurement, fabrication, safety, and finance.
