Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction initiatives from scope through procurement and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors, drive schedules, and safeguard profitability while ensuring compliance and safety.

Responsibilities include negotiating subcontracts, managing field and office teams, and guiding project managers toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive 10+ years experience in electrical construction design, finance, and management.
• Project experience on projects ranging from $10,000 to $10M.
• Ability to mentor Asst PMs and PMs.
• Strong client relations and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budget, timeline, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary project activities in partnership with key team members.
• Plan, staff, and organize project roles and resources.
• Establish project policies and performance standards.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and general contractors.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts; manage master schedule.
• Monitor costs, billings, and cash flow to ensure profitability.
• Oversee risk management and safety compliance.
• Ensure contract document controls meet requirements.
• Mentor junior project staff as assigned.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
