Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. in Beaver County, PA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large electrical construction programs from award to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding field leadership.

You will manage budgets, schedules, change orders, safety, and client communications while ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA. This role offers strong benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience supervising/managing electrical and/or multi-trade construction operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience managing a program with contract value exceeding $50 Million.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements on electrical projects.
• Knowledge of NEC and Low Voltage Systems.
• Prior experience in electrical estimating.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of projects.
• Manage change orders per SOP and estimate changes.
• Coordinate permits, submittals, RFIs, and closeout.
• Review contracts and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Lead procurement and delivery of materials.
• Represent the company at site visits and meetings.
