Job summary

Lighthouse Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Aliquippa, PA to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from award to completion. You will supervise project managers, manage budgets, change orders, and schedules while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of electrical/multi-trade project leadership, a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Business, and the ability to navigate complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Business or 5 years field experience.
• 5-7 years' experience supervising electrical/multi-trade construction.
• Contract value management over $50 million.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel.
• OSHA knowledge on electrical projects; NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of projects.
• Oversee Change Order process and SOP compliance.
• Handle permits, inspections, submittals, RFIs, plans, specs, closeout.
• Review contracts; coordinate with Planning, Modeling, and Fabrication teams.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and progress.
