Lighthouse Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee operations for major electrical construction initiatives. You will direct a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across diverse markets.

You will manage contract administration, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborate with operations, planning, procurement, and finance to drive profitable, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in electrical construction, incl. project mgmt. and field ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or Business Admin or 10 years related experience.
• Experience with large capital projects and multi-market portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight of complex electrical construction ops across multiple large-scale projects.
• Manage a portfolio of projects typically exceeding $50 million annually across sectors.
• Serve as contract administrator to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Promote safety culture with enterprise safety team and NEC/regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with project controls.
