Job summary

IES Communications in South Carolina is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-value contracts within Operations. This role monitors, supports, and drives project delivery while mentoring the PM community and ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will partner with local Operations Management and project PMs to resolve challenges, develop risk mitigation, and track project finances and KPIs. The position focuses on efficient execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in telecommunications.
• Ability to travel to jobsites as needed.
• Must read, write and present effectively.
• Must manage customer and contractor relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and report on largest profile projects.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for project execution.
• Mentor and coach partnering Project Managers.
• Plan for profitability and monitor financial performance.
• Represent the PMO in Pre-Con/Ops Handoff and Ops Implementation meetings.
• Interface with customer representatives and ensure quality and safety compliance.
