Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance align with company requirements. The role focuses on staffing, materials and customer delivery to meet goals.

The successful candidate will oversee recruiting, training, and supervising project staff, manage profitability, and interface with customers and bid teams while maintaining strict adherence to policies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Experience with security product manufacturers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and discharge project staff as needed.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability; handle invoicing and financial reporting.
• Interface with customer representatives and support bid processes.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across projects.
