Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PE, P.Eng or RA license required; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or strategically significant engineering and design projects.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client goals and company strategy.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery and integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality solutions.
• Ensure alignment of technical, financial, and contractual performance with organizational standards and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for major accounts and strategic projects.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and profitability targets; lead contract negotiations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field

Master’s degree preferred

Professional Engineer (PE, P.Eng) or Registered Architect (RA) license

PMP certification
