Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and negotiation skills required.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects in infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering/design projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
