Job summary

Stantec in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering and design programs from concept through delivery. You will drive execution, ensure financial performance, and maintain client satisfaction while mentoring project teams across process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PE/RA license preferred.
• 15-25 years of progressive engineering and design project management experience.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, and traditional engineering delivery.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering and design projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in line with client goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental disciplines.
• Manage project financials, contracts, subconsultants, and performance metrics.
• Foster client relationships and oversee risk, safety, and compliance.
