Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent (PE, P.Eng) preferred; RA license acceptable.
• 15-25 years of progressive experience in engineering/design project management.
• Experience managing EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, and traditional engineering projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects exceeding $5M in fees or comparable complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering and design projects.
• Define and manage scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets in line with client goals and company strategy.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordinated, high-quality solutions.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and profitability targets; manage subconsultant agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations and risk management; ensure regulatory and QA/QC compliance.
