Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex engineering and design projects from concept through completion. You will ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, and high client satisfaction while mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering large, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs, with strong leadership, risk mitigation, and a focus on profitability and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PE license required; PMP certification preferred.
• 15–25 years of PM experience on large, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
• Define scope, schedule, and budgets aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental.
• Manage client interfaces, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor project managers and develop junior staff.
