Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through completion. The role emphasizes execution excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable project performance.

The Sr. PM will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate diverse technical teams while ensuring quality and on-time delivery under aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Registered Architect (RA) preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• 15-25 years of progressive experience in engineering and design project management.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects and delivery methods (EPC, EPCM, Design-Build).
• Strong leadership, financial management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure alignment of technical, financial, and contractual performance with standards.
• Develop client relationships and manage key stakeholder expectations.
