You will oversee design plans, coordinate with clients, and mentor junior engineers and CAD staff while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and business development experience are required to maintain client relationships in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field. Registered P.E. in Florida.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential and commercial).
• 5+ years in project management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Client relationships within the Tampa area.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects including multi-family, residential, mixed-use, and commercial.
• Oversee preparation of site infrastructure construction plans and specifications.
• Serve as primary client liaison with clear communication and strong relationships.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.
