The role emphasizes client stewardship, regulatory approvals, mentoring of junior staff, and driving business development to expand the firm’s regional footprint. A PE license and 15+ years in land development are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of land development and site design experience.
• 7+ years of staff management and leadership experience.
• Expertise in grading, stormwater, zoning, utility design, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects.
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability.
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums.
• Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence.
• Champion business development efforts to expand the client base and regional footprint.
