Job summary

Petroplan partners with a leading full-service Engineering firm to recruit a Metro Lead Land Development in the Tampa market. This market-facing role will shape a major growth area with senior leadership support and the resources of an established firm behind you.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Land Development across National Brands, Senior Living, Industrial, or Data Centers, with strong Tampa Bay connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Florida licensure or certification strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership with a track record in market growth and business development.
• Established Tampa Bay and broader Florida market relationships.
• Land Development experience in National Brands, Senior Living, Industrial, Data Centers or similar.
• Experience building teams and leading cross-disciplinary, multi-geography work.
• Strong business judgment, project-delivery discipline, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Growth and Business Development in Tampa, building backlog and durable pipeline.
• Metro Leadership and Team Building, recruit and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
• Project Delivery and Client Experience, uphold PM standards, schedule, budget and client service.
• Revenue and Profitability, own the Tampa Metro business plan and long-term profitability.
