Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Land Development at its Fort Myers, FL office. The role leads land development projects, mentors junior engineers and CAD designers, and maintains strong client relationships. Hybrid schedule with a path to leadership, serving residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.

Requires a Florida-registered P.E. with 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development and 1–2 years in project management or leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• FL P.E. license required.
• 6+ years of civil engineering in land development.
• 1–2 years in project management or a leadership role.
• Experience coordinating municipal and county projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for land development projects including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial.
• Serve as primary client liaison ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.
