Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. licensure in VA.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential and commercial).
• 5+ years in project management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial.
• Oversee preparation of construction plans and specs for site infrastructure.
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.
