Job summary

Metric Geo in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager / Civil Site Development Engineer to own land development and infrastructure projects. You will lead design, permitting, and construction coordination with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on site development initiatives.

The role requires a PE license, 5+ years of civil engineering experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will guide grading, drainage, utilities, and construction documentation throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience delivering civil site development and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management, hydrology and hydraulics
• Experience producing grading plans, drainage studies, utility designs and construction documents
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of civil site development projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, grading and drainage systems
• Prepare design calculations, construction drawings, drainage studies, specifications and bid documentation
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality
• Coordinate permitting activities with municipal, state and other regulatory agencies
• Work directly with clients, contractors and internal technical teams throughout project delivery
• Develop and review designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
