Job summary

Archinect, a boutique architecture and interior design firm with offices in Miami Beach and Brooklyn, is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex projects from concept through construction administration and closeout.

Based in our Miami Beach office, this role partners with the principal and design team, mentors junior staff, maintains client relationships, and keeps project teams focused with clarity and calm. In person, collaborative, solutions-oriented.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior architecture or interior design.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong construction administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with Monograph.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, documentation, and project execution.
• Experience with multifamily, hospitality, workplace, and/or residential projects.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and bring forward solutions.

We’re seeking a seasoned, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. This person will work closely with the principal and design team, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and keep projects moving with clarity, consistency, and calm.
