Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from concept design through construction administration.
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables.
• Overseeing technical documentation and drawing production.
• Supporting project quality across both design and technical execution.
• Participating in client meetings and helping maintain strong working relationships.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team collaboration.
• Working across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

This architecture and design practice has been steadily growing its presence across South Florida, with a portfolio spanning multifamily residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The team is involved in projects that are shaping some of the region’s fastest growing neighborhoods, with a strong focus on quality, technical delivery, and long-term client relationships. The studio offers a balance of design and delivery work, making it a strong fit for architects who enjoy leading projects, working closely with clients and consultants, and staying hands-on throughout the process.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading projects from concept design through construction administration
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables

What we're looking for:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Experience managing multifamily, commercial, hospitality, or mixed use projects
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination
• Proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a collaborative environment
• Confidence working across both technical delivery and client coordination
