You will lead architecturally driven interior projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining a strong design narrative. The studio is known for beautifully detailed, high‑caliber work where architecture and interiors are seamlessly integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration, with a strong focus on interior architecture
• Develop and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications and coordination sets
• Present design concepts and technical solutions confidently to clients
• Manage and mentor internal teams, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to uphold design intent

Key Skills / Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within architecture, with significant exposure to hospitality, luxury residential or mixed‑use interiors
• Proven ability to lead projects across all phases, including documentation and site coordination
• Strong technical proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail‑driven and confident managing multiple deadlines
