Job summary

TYG, an established architecture studio in Miami, seeks an Architect with 8+ years of experience and expertise in Interior Architecture to lead design from concept through construction. The role requires strong design thinking, creativity and technical ability.

You will manage multiple projects, lead client presentations, coordinate teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or related field.
• Licensed or actively pursuing licensure.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in commercial, mixed-use, corporate or luxury residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through construction, aligning design with client goals, project requirements, and code.
• Manage multiple projects across varying scales, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Lead client relationships, presentations, and design discussions throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to support project delivery.
• Review and redline design documentation to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while mentoring junior team member
