Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects to implement new applications and systems.
• Drive service delivery to customers and handle inquiries.
• Lead weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting.
• Negotiate with resource managers for project resources and communicate with Product Engineering and Sales.
• Build relationships across the business to support project success.
• Apply industry best practices to balance scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
• Provide mentorship on project management methodologies.
