The role requires disciplined project management, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without formal authority in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives through full lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Define governance, scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures.
• Develop integrated plans, manage budgets, and monitor risks and dependencies.
• Provide concise updates to executives and governance groups.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across insurance operations, product, technology, and compliance.
• Drive change management and ensure operational readiness post‑implementation.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, and value in decision making.
