Job summary

Earnix is seeking a senior Project Manager to coordinate client projects within the Professional Services team in a fast-moving insurtech/fintech environment. You will lead multiple concurrent projects, align internal resources, and ensure on-time delivery with quality reviews.

Qualified candidates will have 5–7+ years in enterprise software project management, experience with Agile and waterfall, and strong stakeholder communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience in an enterprise software company.
• Experience delivering software projects in the fintech/insurtech industry.
• Experience leading projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across diverse technical backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Professional Services and the client across multiple projects.
• Set up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders (kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees).
• Allocate internal resources to projects while balancing capacity across a multi-project workload.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time with thorough internal review.
• Escalate risks and blockers with clear context and next steps.
