Job summary

Mission Underwriters is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced insurtech environment. You will guide projects from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and risk goals are met while delivering business value.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across insurance operations, product, technology, data, and compliance, drive execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment, and report to executives with clear updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, governance, and delivery controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closeout.
• Establish governance, scope, milestones, and success measures for projects.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with defined deliverables.
• Drive execution across insurance operations, product, technology, and data teams.
• Provide transparent reporting on project health, budget, and risks.
