Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager in Tampa, FL to lead core project management activities within the Advanced Facilities Group. You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction, and coordinate with subs, owners, and design teams to deliver complex data center and industrial projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages the prestart process.
• Supports preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and bid package development.
• Leads buyout scheduling and subcontract management.
• Manages submittal scheduling and coordination with architects/engineers.
• Performs cost/margin forecasting and budget reviews.
