Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead core activities on high-profile industrial and data center projects. You will coordinate safety, preconstruction, subcontractors, and schedule across teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires a bachelor's in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience, with strong leadership, Lean practices, and proficiency in project management

Qualifications

• EHS mindset with ability to lead safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes and bid package development.
• Experience coordinating between owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and Lean construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the safety culture and incident reviews.
• Manage the prestart process and bid package development.
• Support preconstruction with quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, and scope reviews.
• Lead buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Coordinate submittal schedules and ensure timely approvals by architects/engineers.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, budget, and profitability.
