• Experience coordinating preconstruction activities and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures an injury‑free environment.
• Manages prestart process and buyout scheduling.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Prepares and submits change requests and cost/margin forecasts.
• Develops and updates project schedules to meet construction milestones.
