Job summary

Rogue Architects seeks a Senior Project Manager II to lead architectural programs with a focus on client satisfaction, staff mentorship, and process improvement. The role acts as the Studio Lead's second in command, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring code compliance across projects.

Hybrid work environment with travel as needed. Requires strong leadership, extensive architectural experience, and expertise in Revit, Ajera, and construction

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Typically 10–12 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, train junior teammates, and manage staffing forecasts.
• Represent the program in client meetings, presentations, and with consultants.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate resources, track milestones, and manage financials and invoicing.
• Apply building codes and ensure QA/QC across all project phases.
