Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field.
• Typically 8–10 years managing multi-discipline projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and related software.
• Experience with energy compliance checks.
• Experience with building systems and construction documentation.
• Certifications in software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing forecasts for applicable programs.
• Provides daily supervision, support and mentorship to Interns, project coordinators, and project managers.
• Mentors junior staff and participates in firm-wide training initiatives.
• Oversee the coordination and delivery of project documentation from planning to closeout.
• Represent the program as the primary contact for staff, clients, and consultants.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and public hearings for the firm.
• Allocate resources and manage task schedules and milestones.
• QA/QC procedures and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage financial aspects: proposals, budgets, estimates, and invoicing.
• Ajera time/expense approvals, progress tracking, and project closeout.
