Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and coordinate with consultants across multiple programs to maintain strong client satisfaction.

The role requires deep knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and energy compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field (Preferred).
• Typically, 10–12 years of successful experience managing multiple, multi-disciplinary projects and various programs.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
• Proficiency with Energy Compliance Checks.
• Experience in architectural building systems and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the program as primary contact and point person for all staff, disciplines, clients, and consultants.
• Serves as main contributor during client meetings, presentations, and public hearings.
• Allocating in-house and coordinating consultant resources, planning and implementing task schedules and documenting milestones.
• Monitor progress to maintain on-time and on-budget delivery (target 90%+).
• Oversee bidding, RFI responses, submittals, and project closeout procedures.
• QA/QC and studio KPI tracking; mentor junior staff.
