Job summary

Rogue Architects is seeking a Senior Project Manager to supervise and mentor multiple architectural programs, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality documentation across teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, client interaction, and coordination with consultants.

The SPM will manage budgets, staffing forecasts, and QA/QC across projects, with a hybrid work model and periodic site visits to Fort Worth-area projects. Experience in building systems and codes is essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Architecture or related field; typically 8–10 years of experience managing multi-discipline projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to train in PM/PC roles.
• Ability to manage multiple large programs with minimal supervision and coordinate staff across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead team collaboration and mentorship across interns, coordinators, and PMs.
• Oversee project documentation from planning to closeout to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Represent the program in client meetings, hearings, and with consultants.
• Allocate resources, forecast staffing, and document milestones for programs and projects.
• Manage financials, invoicing, and forecasting to ensure project profitability.
