Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a senior Project Manager II who will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering top-tier service. This role manages two to four concurrent small/medium crew projects or one to two large crew projects, and mentors staff as needed.

This position requires leadership, advanced project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, A/E teams, and internal stakeholders to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Project Assistant/PM I on project tracking tools.
• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise and train Project Assistants/PM I.
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards within corporate guidelines.
• Negotiate change orders and supervise their preparation.
• Coordinate with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support onsite efforts with Foreman and Area Superintendent to keep project on schedule and budget.
• Identify and resolve potentially serious issues and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company in project meetings and prepare change quotations.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under Senior PM supervision.
• Manage contracts financials (billing, equipment rental, expenses).
• Assist with development of new business opportunities.
