Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

You will manage two to four concurrent small/medium crew projects or one to two large crew projects, mentoring staff as needed. This senior role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and at least five years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role

Responsibilities

• May train and provide direction to Project Assistant and/or Project Manager I in maintaining project-required tracking devices
• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager
• Participates in the supervision and training of Project Assistants and/or Project Manager I
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within guidelines of corporate policies
• Negotiate the terms and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
• Liaison with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities
• Support construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget
• Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager
