Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee two to four concurrent projects of varying crew sizes, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. This senior role includes mentoring staff, planning projects, and managing finances under corporate policy.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams, negotiating changes and preparing cost reports while maintaining safety and quality on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide direction to project staff as needed.
• Plan and organize a project under supervision.
• Supervise project assistants and project managers I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate terms and supervise change orders on the project.
