Minimum 5–10 years' experience in project management in industrial/manufacturing or distribution.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams and projects to goals.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project; CAD preferred.
Ability to travel to US customer sites (approx. 25–35%).

Responsibilities

Manage short and long term operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
Meet or exceed Gross Profit goals through supplier and contractor management.
Oversee installation contractors to ensure on time, profitable execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; communicate with customer.
Lead kickoff meetings and maintain clear, concise customer updates.
