Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Project Manager II to independently lead full lifecycle electrical projects across commercial, industrial, datacenter, and service environments. You will own project P&L, budgets, forecasts, and client satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role requires coordinating with field teams, contractors, and clients, developing execution strategies, managing changes, and mentoring junior managers. Travel to local project sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of assigned projects from initiation through closeout.
• Own and manage project P&L, including budget development and forecasting.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies and resource plans.
• Manage contract administration across varying contract types.
• Develop, price, negotiate, and manage change orders and scope modifications.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and dispatch coordination as applicable.
• Lead coordination across field leadership, service teams, and vendors.
• Monitor labor productivity and project margins; take corrective actions.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities.
• Lead project meetings and report performance to leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across environments.
• Oversee closeout activities and turnover documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers I.
