Job summary

PeakLogix is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects from receipt of customer purchase orders through installation. You will lead project teams, manage scope, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes sound decision making, risk management, and cost control across projects with opportunities to develop teammates and contribute to revenue growth. Travel to US customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires experience leading projects in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in the US (25-35%).

Responsibilities

• Manage short and long term operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects of varying size and scope.
• Meet or exceed defined Gross Profit goals on each project through supplier management and contractor oversight.
• Oversee installation contractors to ensure on-time, profitable execution of installations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and address issues with quick, practical problem solving.
