Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as the primary client contact during project execution, and drive delivery aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities include leading mid-sized projects, developing plans and budgets, coordinating estimates, assigning tasks, and generating status reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, business, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as primary client contact during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input into quoting system.
• Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Generate detailed status reports and maintain project schedules and risk logs.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and integrate sustainable practices.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
