Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You’ll coordinate with customers, contractors, and engineers, serving as the primary contact to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets; perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders; maintain project schedules and risk logs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits, and address issues as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges; maintain alignment on goals.
