Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison with clients throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating, risk management, and enforcing safety standards while driving operational efficiencies and leadership development within the team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
• Support continuous learning and professional development.
