Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Project Manager Level II to oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You will lead cross-functional teams and act as the primary client contact, driving successful project delivery.

You will develop plans, manage estimates, and generate status reports, while ensuring safety compliance and continuous improvement across programs. The role offers growth and leadership opportunities within IPS.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits and address issues as needed.
• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
• Foster teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals.
• Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives.
