Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II in Gallatin, TN to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. You will mentor staff, manage cost control, and ensure client satisfaction on large and small crews. The role requires strong leadership and communication across stakeholders.

The position involves working on active construction sites with up to 100% travel, and offers competitive benefits and an ESOP program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise Project Assistants and PM I; mentor junior staff as needed.
• Define objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate change orders with clients and consultants; prepare quotations.
• Manage project cost reporting and financial aspects of contracts.
