Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years construction project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM/Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks across the team.
• Prepare complete project estimates using plans, specs, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Oversee change orders and negotiate modifications with clients.
• Monitor on-site construction with Foreman and Area Superintendent.
